I sure hope everyone had a solemn Passover holiday. Mine was not so bad at all. I spent the holiday at a kosher resort in Costa Rica, which is definitely one of the best in the world! It has been barely a month since one of the most important holidays has passed and I am still craving for more Jewish vacations. I am checking out this year’s schedule for Jewish holidays to see when I can set up a time off from work for another amazing getaway. . I cannot wait to just spend the afternoons walking along the sand, take off for a swim and down sets of delicious glatt kosher meals.
